Gisela Labouvie-Vief is a Professor of Social-Emotional Development at University of Geneva. Her research interests are: Positive development across the adult lifespan, lifespan theories of cognitive, emotional, and personality development, mechanisms of emotion-cognition interaction, strategies of emotion regulation across adulthood and physiological and neurobiological aspects of emotion regulation.
